Coping Skills Resource Guide

In partnership with ETSU Rural Track Medical Students and Jacob McGlamery the school based mental health clinician, we are pleased to present you with a "Coping Skills Resource Guide."  This is a guide for parents, teachers and students and contains several useful resources to help maintain good mental health especially during these trying times. Please share this with students and parents as you see fit. This guide was created by the students for their research project and a survey will be sent out later this year to gauge how effective these resources are for you. If you have any questions or comments please let me know. Thank you and have a great day!
