Red Ribbon Week Themes for the week

Monday 25th - “Proud to be drug free!” –How much red can you wear

Tuesday 26th - “Shade out drugs!” – Wear your favorite sunglasses

Wednesday 27th -“Give drugs the boots!” = Dress in western wear

Thursday 28th - “We are crazy about being Drug Free!” = Wear crazy socks

Friday 29th -  Homerooms who met the 2021 minutes of Reading Challenge will dress up as their favorite book character. Students are not allowed to wear masks that cover their entire face or bring any kind of weapon-like props. We politely ask that you not allow your child to dress up as any violent character or use blood as make-up for the character.  The last thing we want to do is to have book characters that might scare or terrify younger students in our building. Encourage your child to bring the book in which their character is described.

Friday, October 29th - Central Office will be hosting  a “Trunk or Treat” in conjunction with the last home football game from 5:30-7:30 in the parking lot of Central Office.   Any child who comes through will receive a free ticket to the high school football game that night.  Some of Roan Creek teachers will be there giving out candy to our students. Please come out and see us.

We have rescheduled Picture re-take day to Monday, November 1st instead of Friday, October 29th due to the character dress up day that is currently scheduled for October 29th.
